The Edinburgh Conveyancers Forum is a body of over fifty Solicitor firms from Edinburgh and the surrounding areas involved in the residential property market.

It has been set up to discuss the practical matters arising in relation to house purchase and sale transactions in an effort to minimise the differences between firms, leading to a smoother and swifter process to the benefit of all parties involved. Its greatest successes to date have been the introduction of the Edinburgh Standard Offer and the Edinburgh Standard Clauses to aid the quick conclusion of property contracts, and now the Combined Clauses which are being used in Edinburgh and Glasgow.
