Moving home is said to be one of the most stressful things you can undertake.   • advise you fully on the implications, from a seller’s viewpoint, of Home Reports (introduced by the Scottish Government on 1st December 2008) and your requirements in terms of the legislation

  • provide you with draft Sales Particulars for approval

  • have printed high quality Sale Particulars with excellent photographs (professionally taken if preferred) to maximise the opportunities for a sale

  • arrange for a “For Sale” Board to be put in place to catch the attention of the public

  • advertise your property in the ESPC Showroom – over 90% of property in Edinburgh and the Lothians is sold via the Edinburgh Solicitors’ Property Centre (ESPC) and access to the ESPC is only available through your Solicitor

  • advertise your property on the ESPC website

  • advertise your property on our own website

  • discuss additional advertising with you such as the ESPC Gallery section or indeed press advertising, such as the Scotsman and Scotland on Sunday newspapers
In addition to this we will use our wealth of experience to guide you through the property maze. We will explain the pros and cons of every decision you have to take and we will help you make the right decisions. We will work with you to ensure you are kept fully up to date and informed at every stage. We cannot promise that you will suffer no stress in moving home but we can ensure we will not be the cause of that stress!
