MHD Law’s Property Team are experts in both residential and commercial conveyancing and can guide you through the whole process of buying and selling, whether it’s your first home and you are entirely new to the process or if you have previously purchased a property but are now looking to downsize.

Our Family Team includes Law Society of Scotland-accredited specialists and mediators in family law, who have been recognised by independent agencies as leaders in their field. We advise on separation, divorce, cohabitation, civil partnership and all issues affecting children. We also offer a full range of support including negotiation, mediation, collaborative resolution and litigation.
